What You’ll Need:
1 container (5 ounces) refrigerated hummus
4 bagels cut horizontally in half
½ pound sliced smoked turkey
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
16 spinach leaves
What You’ll Do:
Step 1:
Spread about 1 tablespoon hummus over each of 4 bagel halves.
Step 2:
Layer turkey, cucumber, onion and spinach on bagel halves with hummus. Top with remaining bagel halves.
