1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
1/2 to 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
3 to 5 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped (Remember: Wear gloves when chopping!)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning
1-1/2 pound ground beef
