Stickk with Your 2013 Resolution

Stickk.com

Stickk.com is a website that helps you keep your goals!

Make it a resolution to stick to your New Year’s resolution with help from this website! Setting a specific, positive objective may only get you so far according to statistics from the American Journal of Psychology. Stickk.com requires you to sign a virtual commitment contract to hold you responsible for your goals. Once your goal is created you can upload pictures to your commitment album, write in your commitment journal and share with friends on Facebook and Twitter. It also lets you sign up (if you choose) to donate money to a charity or fork it over to a friend if you don’t meet your deadlines. With a few dollars on the line and encouragement from friends, family, and your online community you are more than twice as likely to meet your goal.

Apps and online communities like Pinterest can be a great tools in finding inspiration and motivation. What will you do this year to help you keep you on track with meeting goals and deadlines?
