Sheryl Sandberg: “Lean In”

Whatever your opinion, Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg is making headlines. Her new book, Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead, has been called a feminist manifesto by some and calls on women to tackle gender bias in the workplace themselves.

Through a series of anecdotes and personal messages, Sandberg’s book urges women to sit at the table, keep their hands raised, and make their voices heard. She doesn’t want women to miss opportunities by leaning back.

“No one gets to the corner office by sitting on the side and not at the table.” – Sheryl Sandberg, Lean In
