It’s (Shorty) Awards Season!

As many of you know, Barnes & Noble College has been proud to sponsor the #BNcollege Shorty Award for the past two years. This award sought to recognize the college or university that most effectively used social media to connect with its students and drive engagement on campus. West Virgina University was our big winner in 2013 and Boston University took home the grand prize in 2014. This year, however, we’re switching things up. For the 2015 Awards Season, we plan to focus on the students themselves!

Introducing…the #BNStudent award! This award will go to the college student who most effectively uses social media to foster relationships with other students and build their personal brand. Any student enrolled in a 2-yr or 4-yr college or university with a Barnes & Noble College campus is eligible! Seven finalists will be determined by nominations from the public. Then, an elite panel of judges will select a winner!

Do you have what it takes? Do you know someone who does? Nominate them!
