The app offers more than 100 workouts that range from five minutes to an hour and include strength, yoga, pilates, and stretching. NONE of the workouts require equipment and ALL can be easily completed from your bedroom or your backyard.
SworkIt or ‘Simply Work-It’ makes the exercising process well…simple. Just choose your category or the body part you want to work, set a time limit, and then get to (s)work! They provide audio cues and instructional videos for the movements and once you’re comfortable with the app, you can even create your own custom workout routine.
